Fancy Friday Google meet!

 Talofa Everyone!

Today you will be reading about today's fancy google meet. Every Friday the whole senior syndicate will dress up fancy. You could wear a fancy tie or a fancy t - shirt or anything that is fancy. Well, I only wore a purple scarf which isn't that fancy, but at least I had something! Anyways, I was so happy to see the other senior class teachers and everyone else as well. One of our teachers who is studying this whole term was also online and we were all hyped up. Here is a photo of what the teachers made.

Do you like it? Well, on the google meet some students shared their writing. It was so cool and their writing had funny bits as well. My teacher was to busy reading our writing that she didn't even mark our work! At least teachers are interested in our writing. We also shared what we did for our extra activity. After that it was time to go and we all said our goodbyes. I am so excited for next weeks one.
Thank you for reading my blog post! Maybe ask your teacher if you could have a fancy Friday?
Stay safe and keep going! We got this NZ! Bye!

My Purple scarf I wore

  1. Kia ora Ruta. I'm glad you enjoyed your Fancy Friday. And it was interesting to read about how much you enjoy connecting with your friends and how you value the teachers reading your work. What other days could we try? Terrific Tuesdays? Magical Mondays?

  3. Talofa Lava Ruta, how lovely that Ms Sands joined in the Fancy Friday meeting, that must have been a nice surprise! We are definitely interested in your writing - are you enjoying the writing activities? Which one has been your favourite so far this week? I've really enjoyed Production Rehearsals being part of the 'other' options on your choice board - it's been strange to rehearse this way but fun. I'll look forward to seeing you in this week's rehearsals - be sure to check the schedule. Have a wonderful weekend...and that purple scarf is very cool!

  8. HI Rudy
What a fabulous idea doing a whole syndicate Google Meet. It would have been such an awesome surprise seeing Ms sands!
Your purple scarf looks impressive. Is it hand knitted? It looks like someone worked hard to make it.
It's a great idea sharing writing. It may help inspire one another with their writing. The teachers certainly were engaged! It sounds like they just couldn't stop reading the wonderful stories you all wrote. Now I'm going to have a look at some!
Have a safe and well rest of the week and we will see you on Monday.
